Return Policy

Cancellation

If you would like to cancel your order, please call or email us as soon as possible so we can cancel the order before it is shipped to avoid return shipping fees.

Cancellations received before the order is shipped will receive a full refund.

Orders cancelled after the order has been shipped will have to follow our 30 Day Return Policy, you will however be subject to return shipping costs.

30 Day Return Policy

We understand that sometimes you might change your might or reconsider your purchase, that's why we offer a 30 Day Return Policy. 

If you decide you you want to return the item(s) within 30 days after receipt of order delivery, please email us at sales@vrvisions.com.au with your order number and we will email back with detailed instructions on how to process the return.

Please note, you as the customer will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs of the item(s) in your order. 

Once your return item(s) have been received and inspected by VR Visions, we will send you an email that we have processed your return payment. The return payment may take a few days to process. However, if you have not received your money within one week, please email or call us and we will follow this up.

*Please note: In order for us to process your return, the returned item(s) must arrive back to us in "Like New" conditions and must contain all original packaging and accessories included. "Like New" means that the items must not show any visual signs of general wear and tear. If items are returned with visual signs of wear and/or is damaged in any way, this return will not be accepted and no refund will be processed. 

Damaged Products

If the product is damaged at the time of delivery, please immediately email sales@vrvisions.com.au the day of delivery with photos and a description of the damaged product. 

VR Visions will pay for the return shipping of any defective, damaged, or incorrect products at our cost.

Remember to keep all the original packaging for any items that need to be returned.

We will ensure you receive the product you ordered, undamaged, as soon as possible with express shipping, free of charge.

Items that become damaged after use are non-refundable unless specified under warranty conditions.
